Milestones reached

Today, for the first time in 12 years, I threw up. Fortunatly in a handy sink, so cleaning up was a snap, but I really didn't need to see my breakfast twice. I didn't even cry and I felt so much better afterwards. For about 20 miniutes I didn't feel the least bit queasy, a welcome break after feeling like I was going to be sick for 5 weeks.
This however makes a change to messy morning sickness. A change from "Oh God I feel so sick, but I can sit here and sip my water until it lessens a bit" to "Oh God I feel so sick, I hope I can get out of here fast, I really don't want to ruin the carpet in Mr b^3's company's auditorium."
The list of foods I can stand to eat is shrinking, this morning I crossed toast of the list for example. However I'm pleased to anouce that chicked sushi, KFC original recipie and McDonalds cheeseburgers remain on the list. Off the list are cereal of any kind, toast, instant noodles, tea, pears, yougurt (maybe) and I might have to cross off toasted cheese sandwiches, a mainstay of late. Strangly, dinner isn't proving to be a problem, I've hardly made any changes from what we normally eat. Breakfast was fine, consisting of toast with peanut butter and honey, but now I'm going to have to think of something else. My main problem is lunch, requiring a portable, palateable food that preferably isn't takeaway. A girl can only eat so many manderins.

Tomorrow we reach nine weeks. Such heady numbers, only another 3 weeks or so and I can feel a bit easier about this being for real.
